Judge rules on motion in Pulliam case

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Kanawha County circuit judge made a pre-trial ruling Monday in the case of a Charleston man charged in a teenager’s death.

William Pulliam is scheduled to go on trial next month for the November 2016 shooting death of James Means, 15, on Charleston’s East End.

Kanawha County Circuit Judge Charlie King ruled Monday Pulliam’s psychiatrist will be able to review the interviews police have done with juvenile witnesses in the case.
