CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Charleston Police Department on Tuesday released the name of the victim of a hit-and-run incident on Sunday.
The body of 40-year-old Barry Jade Cottrill was found in the 1500 block of Smith Road. Firefighters pronounced Cottrill, of Charleston, dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
