CHARLESTON — A graduation ceremony for the Kanawha County Drug Court program is scheduled for Thursday afternoon at the old Kanawha County Courthouse.
The programs 17th ceremony will honor five graduates, bringing the total for the program to 98.
Eleven drug-free babies have been born to clients of the program thus far, according to a release.
