Fayette County brothers plead guilty to drug possession

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Two Fayette County brothers entered guilty pleas Wednesday in connection with the possession and plans to distribute multiple drugs.

According to U.S. Attorney Carol Casto, Cheyenne Fragale, 30, of Boomer, and Macon Fragale, 34, also of Boomer, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, as well as amounts of oxycodone and heroin.

Cheyenne and Macon Fragale admitted to taking part in a drug trafficking conspiracy between May 2017 and June 28, 2017. Law enforcement seized more than 300 grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as heroin, fentanyl and around $29,000 in cash.

Both face a minimum of 10 years in federal prison.
