CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Eleanor Christmas Parade is canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Eleanor Volunteer Fire Department on Wednesday said there will be a modified event, in which Santa Claus will travel through the community waving to residents.
Candy will not be distributed. No individual stops will happen.
