LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. — Authorities say an elderly man died Sunday in a Lincoln County fire.
According to the West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office, the fire happened around 11:30 a.m. at a Nettle Branch mobile home.
Officials said the 81-year-old man was likely the only person at the residence during the blaze.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
