SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Two people were killed in a crash in South Charleston Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, a car went over an embankment near the intersection of Spring Hill Avenue and Country Club Boulevard at around 1:30 p.m.
Authorities said it was an elderly couple in the car and both died.
There were no other vehicles involved.
An investigation continues.
