ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — Crews completed clean-up efforts in St. Albans following a train derailment on Wednesday.
A train carrying 18 cars of coal jumped the tracks before 7 a.m.
Officials said the Spruce Street crossing has been reopened. They also said there will be heavy train traffic over the next several days.
