CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was arraigned Friday on child pornography charges.
According to the criminal complaint, James Paul Ferrell, 35, of Leslie Road, Charleston, had more than 100 child porn images on his phone.
Police began investigating Ferrell after finding out he tried to show an image to a 12-year-old girl.
Ferrell is in the South Central Regional Jail on $100,000 bail.
Charleston Police Chief Steve Cooper said the investigation is continuing and there could be additional charges.
