CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A small child was found in a ditch on the West Side Monday morning, according to Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatchers.
The child was found in the 900 block of Hanna Avenue, and was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The Charleston Police Department is still investigating the incident.
