CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Charleston woman faces charges after allegedly abusing her elderly mother.
Detectives with the Charleston Police Department arrested 41-year-old Peggy Nanette Quesenberry on Thursday after she allegedly abused her mother, 75-year-old Judy Ann Quesenberry, at a home in the 600 block fo Crestlyn Drive.
The suspect’s mother was listed stable but critical condition.
Peggy Nanette Quesenberry faces felony charges of abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult.
