CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Charleston Police Department is asking for assistance in finding a missing 19-year-old girl.
The family of Samantha Jo Bailey reported her missing on Aug. 8 and have been unable to make contact with her.
According to the family, Bailey was last seen near the Charleston Civic Center. She may have been with a man named Issac.
Police said Bailey suffers from autism. She is described as having red/auburn hair and blue eyes.
