CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Charleston police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday on the West Side.
The incident happened before 4:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Wyoming Street.
The victim, a male, was shot in the arm and the side. Police said the man was alert and talking while en route to the hospital.
Police said they are searching for bullet casings. They added officers found some of the victim’s clothes a block away.
