CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A St. Albans man was shot in the foot Monday afternoon on Charleston’s East End at the intersection of Dixie Street and Thompson Street,
Paul Forston Jr., 22, drove himself to CAMC. Police say Forston’s vehicle had bullet holes on the drivers side.
The alleged shooting is still under investigation by Charleston Police.
