CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Charleston Police Department Warrants Division conducted a warrant sweep Monday.
Five people were arrested in the sweep, including:
— Clifford Jonathan Collins, 27, of Charleston, on forgery/uttering charges;
— Elizabeth Mae Goffaux, 42, of Charleston, on marijuana possession with intent to deliver charges on a municipal court capias;
— Steve A. Pickens, 43, of Charleston, on five charges from a municipal court capias;
—Carlos M. Parsley IV, 27, of Charleston, on charges of destruction or property, domestic battery and shoplifting; and
— Joshua L. Kessell, 32, of Charleston, for a violation of a domestic protective order.
