CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Charleston man was arrested Wednesday night on the East End following a drug deal witnessed by police.
Paul Edward Glover III, 26, was arrested outside a store in the 1500 block of Washington Street East. Police say an undisclosed amount of marijuana was recovered.
Police said Glover was a convicted felon from previous drug charges, and also had an active warrant for domestic violence from the Dunbar Police Department.
