CROSS LANES, W.Va. — Police arrested a man Monday charging him in connection with the May robbery of the Dollar General Store in Cross Lanes.
Michael Roberts, 25, of St. Albans, allegedly waved a gun while inside the store on Doc Bailey Road and demanded money from the clerk. He took off with the cash, according to the criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
Roberts is charged with armed robbery.
