Cedar Grove man arrested for growing and selling marijuana

CEDAR GROVE, W.Va. — A Cedar Grove man whose grandchildren live with him was arrested Friday night for growing and selling marijuana.

Edward Spaulding allegedly had marijuana growing in a garden next to his home. He also had three ounces of pot, scales and $3,000 in cash.

His grandchildren were taken into protective custody.

Spaulding is charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, distribution and delivery of a controlled substance, and two counts of child neglect.
