NITRO, W.Va. — An intruder in Nitro suffered non-life-threatening injuries Monday night when they were shot by the homeowner.
The incident happened along Moriah Drive just after 8 p.m., police said.
The Nitro Police Department and EMS responders were on the scene Monday night.
No names or other information has yet been released.
