BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. — A Boone County middle school student is facing terroristic threat charges after allegedly threatening to shoot inside the school.
Madison Middle School was put on lockdown for a short period of time on Monday.
The juvenile, a 12-year-old girl, was arrested.
Boone County Sheriff’s deputies said no weapon was found during their searching and there was not any credible information showing a firearm had been on school property.
