RUTLEDGE, W.Va. — An early morning fire destroyed a mobile home in Kanawha County. The blaze broke out at just before 2 a.m. Monday in the 31-hundred block of Rutledge Road. BLOOMINGROSE, W.Va. — Two people died in a structure fire in Boone County Saturday morning. The blaze was reported at around 10:30 a.m. at a residence in the Bloomingrose community.
