CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kanawha County Assistant Prosecutor Fred Giggenbach was fired Thursday, though the reason for his firing is not known.
Giggenbach was listed as the prosecutor in Kanawha Circuit Court two criminal cases. Other assistant prosecutors worked the hearings.
He was hired in late 2004.
