ELKVIEW, W.Va.–Police arrested a man Thursday in connection with the Sunday morning break-in of K&N Contracting in Elkview.
The man, 27-year old David Francisco, allegedly broke into the business and stole tools and other items. Police released a surveillance video Wednesday which captured the suspects face for about 40 seconds. The video helped police identify Francisco, as members of the public and his mother recognized him on the camera.
The owner told police that the items that Francisco allegedly stole were worth over $1,000. He was charged with breaking and entering and grand and petit larceny.
