CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was in stable condition Wednesday evening at a Charleston hospital after being shot in the back earlier in the day.
John C. Tofi II showed up at CAMC General at shortly after 3 a.m. He had been shot minutes earlier in the 600 block of 6th Street, police said.
No arrests had been made.
