CHARLESTON, W.Va. — There’s a new look outside the CAMC hospitals in Charleston.
New signage with the Vandalia Heath logo has been installed outside of CAMC General, CAMC Memorial, and CAMC Women and Children’s Hospitals.
CAMC and Mon Health officially merged in 2022 to create Vandalia Health.
A release from Vandalia said this is the first round of identity change to come.
“This is a long process, with the Charleston hospitals being the first CAMC signs to change. It will take several months to change the other hospital and outpatient facilities’ signs throughout the Vandalia Health southern region. Signs are scheduled to change at Vandalia Health CAMC Plateau Medical Center in the coming months and will be updated at Vandalia Health CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center and Teays Valley Hospital as construction projects are completed,” the statement read.
Branding has already changed for Davis Medical Center in Elkins.
The release went on to say that the legal entity names of the hospitals will not change.
Patients will also soon see refreshed and updated patient handout materials.
