Investigation underway after officer-involved-shooting on the West Side

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police officers shot a man Thursday afternoon.

It happened at around 12:40 p.m. on Rebecca Street on the city’s West Side.

There wasn’t a lot information released initially.
