Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office looking for two suspects in Rural King shoplifting incident

CROSS LANES, W.Va. — The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two individuals suspected of shoplifting.

A male and female suspect were seen on surveillance video shoplifting from Rural King in Cross Lanes.

The two bypassed the final checkout point with a $999 welder. The two loaded the welder into a black Volkswagen Touareg with a license plate of #DII074A.

The suspects face charges of shoplifting and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with any information on either suspect to contact its office.
