Two dogs died in a garage fire Monday afternoon in Kanawha County.
The fire was reported in the 400 block of Center Street in Pratt at around 4:45.
Firefighters say it was a two-car garage that caught fire, and crews were able to contain the blaze to a single structure.
A woman in the garage escaped, but two dogs were killed by the flames.
