CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man’s body was found Saturday afternoon in Charleston and freezing temperatures may have been a contributing factor.
Kanawha County Metro 911 took a call that said the body was discovered on the Pennsylvania Ave. side of the Spring Street Bridge. The caller said the man may have frozen to death.
An official cause of death has not been released.
The man’s name also was not immediately released.
