HAMLIN, W.Va. — A Lincoln County man is being charged with child abuse resulting in injury after he was accused of punching a child in the chest.
According to a criminal complain from the Lincoln County Magistrate Court, Joshua Adam Wilson, 31, of Hamlin allegedly struck the child in the chest earlier this week with the back of his closed fist. A woman and her daughter say he did this right after they were trying to wake him up.
