CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man has been charged after two vehicles exchanged gunfire on Charleston’s West Side.
According to police, Adre Lemar Welsh, 22, of Charleston, has been charged with wanton endangerment.
Welsh was involved in the incident at around 12:30 Wednesday afternoon. The shooting occurred along Dayton Drive.
