MADISON, W.Va. — A judge will soon determine the fate of a Boone County man convicted of sexually abusing a minor.

William Craddock, 50, of Madison, who served as a member of the West Virginia Air National Guard 130th Airlift Wing, previously pleaded guilty to 10 counts of sexual abuse. On Wednesday, Judge Jay Hoke requested a 60-day evaluation before he determined how Craddock will serve a 10-to-20 year prison sentence on each count.

Hoke is considering whether the sentence on the convicted counts be served concurrent or consecutive. If it’s a concurrent sentence, Craddock will be behind bars for 10 to 20 years, but if it’s consecutive, he’ll be locked up for between 100 and 200 years.

In Wednesday’s hearing, two of Craddock’s alleged victims spoke, with one claiming over 300 times of abuse by Craddock from 2001 to 2012.
