NITRO, W.Va. — Two people were taken to the hospital after a head-on crash on Route 25 south in Nitro Wednesday afternoon.
The wreck happened at about 1:15 p.m and forced the closure of the highway for about an hour.
One of the injured had to be extracted from the vehicle.
